Luke is the master of all things web, if it’s digital related Luke will know all about it. Luke leads and manages our team of developers and facilitates the smooth delivery of all our web and SEO projects.
He proactively drives innovation throughout Hollywood Agency and ensures that we are aware of all the latest software and guidelines.
If you want something off him quickly we suggest you offer him a pork pie – works every time!
Neil is the ideas man and has 27 years’ experience in brand consultancy and marketing strategy.
After all those years in the industry we can safely say there is nothing that he doesn’t know about brand communication and he’s had thorough experience working with businesses in most sectors. He’s the font of knowledge in the studio, we probably use him more than we use google, (he’s full of trivia and waffle)!
Neil spends his work day articulating compelling brand strategies for our clients and providing strategic and creative direction on projects.
Out of work he spends his time looking at brands, talking about brands and taking photos of brands.
Erika is probably the first face you’ll see at Hollywood Agency and the first person you’ll speak to – she does a lot of chatting!
Erika is also our social media expert, she’s always tweeting and creating persuasive and compelling content for our clients. Erika speaks Spanish and French and maintains relationships with our international clients.
Erika lives in high heels, we’ve never actually seen her in flats, she also usually has a lipstick in her hand.
If you need her – tweet her.
Ralph is our Creative Director. Ralph advises on how to captivate audiences, and then after thoughtful work and plenty of clicks of his mouse, he presents us with beautiful marketing material.
Being the Creative Director, nobody knows their way around Adobe Illustrator like Ralph – nobody! We also challenge anyone to be able to name more fonts than him, he knows them and he creates them, we think he’s got fonts coming out of his ears.
Ralph also has the highly important role of controlling the office playlist which has a rather disproportionate amount of Prodigy on it.
Nick is our Creative Guru; he’s an expert at conveying a client’s message with the highest visual impact. His attention to detail is flawless and he creates dazzling design work.
He never fails to amaze us with his creativity and has been known to completely transform brands to stand head and shoulders above their competitors. Nick has worked for several well-known design agencies since completing his degree in Moving Image Design. It’s safe to say he’s a well-seasoned designer, well-seasoned like a Nando’s.
He’s a creative thinker and green tea drinker and plays bass in a band, pretty cool.
Damon is a Web Developer, but not only that, he’s a digital genius. His programming is second to none and he never fails to please us with the unique and dynamic websites he produces.
Damon says he could navigate his way around a content management system with his eyes closed, though we’re yet to see this! He’s also the techy man, if something goes wrong with our Apple Mac’s in the studio – Damon is the person we’re calling over.
One thing you should know about Damon is that he can be lured out of any situation with a Domino’s pizza!
Tom is a web developer here at Hollywood, he works with our designers to create intuitive and on-brand websites.
Since completing his Multimedia degree, he’s had 8 years experience in the world of web, he’s tech savvy and super talented. He’s had experience both client and agency side working for brands such as ASDA and Jet2.
If he’s not sat as his desk developing stunning websites, you can probably find him in the gym or cuddling his cat, ‘Bear’.
Ben is currently learning the art of all things web at Huddersfield University.
Ben works closely under Damon and Luke’s guidance.
One of Ben’s main roles is inputting data into Content Management Systems as well as learning the ropes of developing.
He’s a student, so he also likes to party and can give us a detailed review of most nightclubs in Huddersfield.
